Order & Payment
After you place your order or request a quotation, you will be informed by us about the next steps. In short, you can choose from the following payment methods

Manual Payment
You will receive a manual payment request via bank transfer by email to complete your order. Once the payment is completed, your order will be processed. -
Invoice Payment
Place your order now and pay later, available only for regular VDZ business customers. Not signed up yet? Go to our contact form to join. Once your order is processed, an invoice will be sent to you. -
Request Quote
You will receive a quote request, ideal for a full VDZ system (and parts) or customized requirements. Our proposal will be sent to you by email, and once the payment is completed, your order will be processed.
Order & Pickup
Once you’ve placed your order, we will inform you when it is ready for pickup.
Transport & Shipping
Since every product is unique—particularly when it comes to heavy items, unusual sizes, or shipments in boxes versus pallets—our experts calculate shipping costs tailored to your specific needs. We’ll find the best transport options at the most competitive prices and send you a final proposal via email.
We ship and transport within Europe, as well as worldwide. If you have any questions or doubts, don’t hesitate to fill out our contact form, and we’ll get back to you.
Order & Free Shipping
Depending on your order, customer relationship, needs, and/or country, free shipping may be available. After placing your order, we will inform you of the available options.
Order & Returns
Would you like to return an item? No problem, we’re here to help! Simply register your return with us within 14 days, and we’ll guide you through the process. If necessary, we’ll contact you directly. You can email us at webshop@vdzsystems.com, fill out our online contact form, or simply reply to the order confirmation email you’ve already received, and we'll take care of the rest.
